  Our SMC molds workshop has been focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of composite material molds represented by SMC molds. Our company strictly adheres to the implementation of European molding mold standards. It has been 20 years and continues to optimize the design to meet users’ ever-increasing requirements for mold accuracy, beauty, and quality. Automation, safety, high efficiency and humanization requirements. We have conducted in-depth exploration and continuous improvement on the pain points raised by customers, paid close attention to the continuous emergence of new materials, new processes, etc. and proposed targeted solutions to the differentiated requirements of molds. 

  At present, the finished products produced by molds are used in China FAW, Dongfeng Heavy Truck, China National Heavy Duty Truck, Shaanxi Heavy Truck, SAIC Hongyan, Foton Daimler, Dayun Motor, Yutong Bus, NIO, Land Rover, Jaguar, OEMs such as CATL and China’s high-speed rail. Product categories include heavy truck exterior parts, new energy body molds and high-speed rail interior parts molds.

Until now, our workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters. We have over than 90 employeers, including 20 engineers with extensive experience.
