Injection Molds

Our injection mold workshop is located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang, the hometown of molds in China. It is a national high-tech enterprise.

Our main business development direction was the processing and manufacturing of precision medium and large car lamp molds and plastic interior and exterior trim parts molds. Our workshop is formed by a group of industry elites with dreams and experience. The core team members all have more than 10 years of professional work experience, and the front-line workers all have more than 5 years of work experience. There are currently 130 people. 

Our workshop has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality system certification and uses the Mold Executive ERP management software to ensure that the project is of high quality and completed on schedule.  In terms of the use of hardware resources, the company cleverly leverages regional advantages and implements effective process control to maximize resource utilization, greatly improving work efficiency and saving investment costs. In terms of mold making, the company uses single-piece construction according to drawings, full size inspection, and overall installation. The entire mold production process can be synchronized and simplified, thereby effectively ensuring the production cycle and quality. In terms of development strategy, the company adheres to the concept of “becoming specialized, being refined, and becoming stronger”.
